I think the adoption was done in the Sheriff Court of Stirling Dumbarton
Clackmannan at Stirling. I believe this is some sort of township in
Glasgow Scotland
I know he was baptised by a minister name George B. Lugter B.B.
Minister of Strathblane
Other places noted on the his birth certificate are Edinburgh, Scotland
